Sean Marcus, the announcer for the Games, took a seat in his chair. "Hello everyone and welcome to the 93rd Annual Hunger Games!" he said, with a smile on his face. "And now, a few questions for our lovely tributes!
Q#1: Who do you hope will be watching you back at home?
Q#2: What do you think some of your advantages will be in these Games?
Q#3: If you win, what will you do with your winnings?

Q#1: Well I hope that my Family and Friends will be watching and suporting me.

Q#3: Well I will hopefully use most of my winning to help the people with less money in my district.

ReplyDeleteDress: A dark black dress with hints of purple and blue. Silver heels, and silver earrings that bear the caduceus, the symbol of medicine. Her red hair is half up, half down in an elegant knot.
Q#1: Who do you hope will be watching you back at home?
--"I hope my whole District will be, but as for individual people...well, I hope my mom Elyia will be, along with my dad. Oh, and I'd like my best friends to watch me too."
Q#2: What do you think some of your advantages will be in these Games?
--"Well, I'm fast, and I make good decisions, I think." [She laughs] "But my main weapon is my speed, although I shouldn't really tell you that much of what I can do. Surprise weapons and all that."
Q#3: If you win, what will you do with your winnings?
--[She thinks for a long time, her head on her chin] "I suppose that I would want some of it for myself, obviously, but I think that I'll donate most of it to medical research in my district."

Riley:
Clothes: Army pants and a T-shirt, black combat boots, and an army hat.
Q#1: Who do you hope will be watching you back at home?
--"All my little brothers and sisters. I grew up in a family of 7 kids, so I have three brothers and three sisters. I'm the oldest."
Q#2: What do you think some of your advantages will be in these Games?
--"I've had training, growing up in the District of army and weaponry, so I can pretty much operate anything from a slingshot to a machine gun."
Q#3: If you win, what will you do with your winnings?
--"Use them for my family, and my friends. I might donate some to charity, but I'll keep most of it in a bank in case we ever need finances for a war. Hopefully that won't happen."

Leigha:
Dress: A white toga-style dress that looks like it's just come from Ancient Greece, and gold strapped sandals. Her blonde hair is waved and down her back.
Q#1: Who do you hope will be watching you back at home?
--"Oh, all my family, all my cousins and aunts and uncles, and my grandparents, and my friends, and my teachers and other grown-ups that I've met. And the mayor."
Q#2: What do you think some of your advantages will be in these Games?
--"I'm small, but I'm fast. I'm light on my feet, and I can get around quickly, do you want to see?" [She gets up from her chair and Sean waves her back down hurriedly]
Q#3: If you win, what will you do with your winnings?
--[She sits up straight, her eyes bright] "Okay, so I have this great idea for a monument that I've designed, and all it needs is a ton of funding. It's so cool! It has all the names of the people who were killed in the attack on the Capitol 17 years ago, and next to their names is a high-res picture of them, and the whole thing is shaped like a giant mockingjay, see, because that was the symbol of the rebellion-" [Sean cuts her off]

I walked out to the sound of a wild crowd and loud applause. I spun around in my strapless light blue dress. My dress was light blue, like the soft blue afternoon sky, and it stopped a little above my knee-caps. The dress was silky and glimmered in the spotlights, and my blue-tinted glass shoes were stunning. I had a silver necklace that hung from my neck, and my diamond-encrusted earrings dazzled. I had on mascara and silver eyeliner that made my eyes stand out. The crowd went wild.

"Well, I hope everyone in District 10 will be watching, but I'd like my family and friends to watch in particular. I hope they will be cheering me on, and hoping for my Avatar to outlive the others."
Q#2: What do you think some of your advantages will be in these Games?
"I can't tell you everything, because then that will spoil my secrets, but I'm great at running, I was the fastest out of my whole grade!" I said matter-of-factly. "But I also excel at climbing trees, though I'm kind of afraid of heights. My aim with the quiver is spectacular and my shot doesn't fail to miss, most of the time. Other things.." I smiled and laughed, "YOu'll have to find out for yourself."
Q#3: If you win, what will you do with your winnings?
"If I win, which I hopefully will-" I winked, "I will keep a lot of it for my family and I, and also some for close friends and the poor, and the rest of it I will save in case something happens that is expensive to fix." I stand up and curtsy to Sean, then the crowd.
